Sports... R.I.P.

Well the best brewers season that I've ever witnessed has come to a close over the past week. The Packers defense is unwatchable... so I don't watch them. The Cubs did their usual three and out playoff appearance which is awesome... but now I don't even have anyone to chear against. What do I do with all this newfound free time?

1) I could start caring about politics more? With the absense of sports television I have resorted to comic punditry. One thing that pisses me off is the daily show and colbert report aren't recorded live. I want to watch their reactions to the debates right after the debates but they got nothing. Speaking of the debates... what is the purpose of the third debate. I've heard all their speaches. They repeated them in their first debate. Then they repeated their first debate in the second debate. Why will the third debate be any different? Oh, and how stupid are these town hall debates. They try to create the illusion that it's every Americans asking everyday questions... that they submit in writing to Tom Brokaw. He then in turn picks the same 30 questions that I've heard answers to already. Oh and another thing, what is with undecided voters. You are retarded. If you can't choose by now, don't vote. You're an idiot.
2) We could continue this house hunting thing. Oh wait, everything in America sucks right now, deaming this to be too difficult.
3) I could venture back into academia. Maybe pick up another degree that I'll do nothing with. I would like to attempt a culinary program. I'll look into that... Actually that's something I may be able to use.
4) I could go to bars and whine about work! Actually I've always done that. But I used to be able to whine about sports and work. Now I can only whine about work.

Well that's pretty much all I can think of. Oh, also, to add insult to my boredom. My Xbox drive went mental and started scratching up my games. So I had to ship that to Texas for repairs. Since I'm a month out of warranty, I owe a hundred bucks for repairs. If I ever want to play tiger woods again I'm gonna have to rebuy the game. I just can't justify rebuying a game. But I loved that game. I just don't know what to do. I got Greg and Joe saying I have to buy this hockey game now. I never cared about hockey. Their argument is that this video game will make me care about hockey. That logic does make sense seeing how I could careless about golf but I love playing the video game.

Well, I got to go pick my car up from the shop soon. Good bye 500 more dollars. Wisconsin sucks, oh, and here comes winter. god.
