"Stranded" in Florida

We all headed to the airport this morning... for some reason Katie and I didn't hop on the plane. It turns out the flight was overbooked. So Delta was offering $400 ticket vouchers to anyone who had "flexible" travel plans. So Katie and I jumped on that right away and just like that, the honeymoon flight is covered. We'll get back to Milwaukee late Monday night. Sorry for the delay Milwaukeeans. Now sports...
Damn Badgers. There goes my entire bracket. I thought Kansas was gonna be the real test... but Davidson? BS. Way to suck Wisconsin. It's ok though, it's almost Brewer time. Interesting Brewer thoughts...
It looks like Yost is already aggravating the brewer faithful. Current Yostisms include batting Kendall 9th. Then we got Bill Hall batting 5th as opposed to Corey Hart. Then with all that said, someone tell me why Braun is batting after Prince Fielder? Everyone knows the pitcher bats 9th. Every team in baseball has done this for 110 years for a reason. It works. Why isn't Hart batting 5th? Hart bats .360 with RISP. Bill Hall sucks. Then we have one of the best clean up hitters in the league who should be batting behind one of the best all around hitters in the league. But Ned's gonna change that. Like I said, mangers go with traditional baseball wisdom because it works... otherwise it wouldn't be called traditional. Damn it, Yost. Then again, if this all works out, Yost is incredible and the Brewers are winning the world series. GO BREWERS!

Back in the early '80s, the Brewers had very good success with a weaker hitter - I can't remember who - in the 8 slot, followed by Charlie Moore at 9. Charlie had a good on base percentage and could hit for a little power. When he got on, it gave Paulie and company at the top of the order a kicking head start in the run production department. I have seen this work, albeit in the designated hitter league.

Does Bill Hall still suck?
